Monday - Friday (1/24/11 - 1/28/11)

Warmup:

  • Find an IT article within the last month
  • Respond to the following questions on your wiki:
    • Today's date
    • Link and title of the article
    • Synopsis of the article
    • Identify the stakeholders
    • Identify AND describe the social and ethical issues related to the article
    • Identify the area of impact (look at the front board on the left)
    • What is your opinion of the issue? i.e. How does it affect you? How do you feel about that?

Agenda:

  • Paper prototyping
    1. Obtain 3-5 sheets of paper from Mr. Bui
    2. Fold each of the sheets in half (as shown by Mr. Bui)
    3. Put your name and today's date at the top of the sheet
    4. Each half sheet of paper will be a sketch or panel of your ITGS project
    5. Paper-clip and show Mr. Bui your sketches by the end of class
  • ITGS Project Criterion I: Planning your solution due Friday (1/28/11)

Thursday (1/20/11)

  • Make sure you've turned in ITGS Project Criterion H
  • ITGS Project Criterion I: Planning your solution
  • Work on your projects (writing section or your actual project)

Friday (1/14/11)

  • Introduction to Screencasting with Jing
  • Screencasting Assignment
    • Create a narrated screencast
    • Walk through the steps of any particular Photoshop tutorial
    • Make sure you create a .swf file with your name in it and then upload it to SWL
  • Turn in all work:
    • Photoshopped images
    • Podcasts and podcast scripts
    • ITGS Project Criterion G
  • ITGS Project: Criterion H due Friday (1/14/11)
