Technical Definition- Assurance or guarantee of a product that is not functioning properly will be able to get their product repaired or replaced usually over a specified period of time.
Layman's Definition- Guarantee that the product will function properly without any issues or your product will be repaired/replaced and the warranty will cover the issue.
