  • Number-Squared Program
    • Create a program (you may use your warmup) that calculates the square of a number. It should output the result to the OutputLabel

    • Using the form designer, create the interface for a calculator
    • Using the form designer, create the interface for a web browser
    • Get checked off for the two forms

Friday (9/12/08)

  • Complete your computer shopping spreadsheet. Make sure that your spreadsheet has a total price.
  • Print out your computer shopping spreadsheet.
  • Print out the specifications and price quote of your brand name computer.
  • Compare the two and see if you beat their price.
  • Staple the two printouts together and put it in the tray on Mr. Bui's desk.

    • Find the corresponding parts on-line at newegg
    • Fill the spreadsheet with the computer parts and prices
    • Compare the total price of a pre-built machine against your do-it-yourself (DIY) machine
