Wednesday (4/3/13)

Agenda:

  • Return ITGS Projects
  • Fix ITGS Project CDs
  • Paper 1 mock exam
    1. Spend 10 minutes, and choose your favorite 3 questions
    2. Spend the remaining class time answer Question 1
    3. Put your name at the top and print out your answer
    4. Turn in your Question 1 answers

Monday - Wednesday (3/18/13 - 3/20/13)

  • TURN IN YOUR ITGS PROJECT!
  • Burn project onto CD
  • Put your Last name, First name, and candidate number on the CD
  • Complete the hard-copy cover page for the project

Tuesday - Thursday (3/12/13 - 3/14/13)

  • ASSEMBLE YOUR ITGS PROJECT
    1. Use the forms. You may save your forms as either rtf or pdf
    2. Complete the cover page (don't forget word count!)
    3. Mr. Bui has the school IB number and your candidate ID number
    4. TEST your cover page
    5. Rename the coverpage.htm file to: CandNumber_CandName_CoverPage.htm (example: 000882123_JohnSmith_CoverPage.htm)
    6. Put all your project source files in the Project folder
    7. Put your screencast file in the same folder as the cover page
    8. Zip all the files together and name the file: CandNumber_CandName.zip
    9. Copy the zip file to Mr. Bui's flash drive

Monday - Friday (3/4/13 - 3/8/13)

  • ITGS Project coverpage
  • Assembling the Project
    1. Post your project on-line
    2. Take a screencast of a demo and walk-through of your entire project (homework)
      • Download and use Jing
      • Make sure your screencast shows the on-line URL for your website
      • Put screencast in your Project folder when you submit
    3. Use all the ITGS project forms
    4. Test your ITGS coverpage
    5. Zip all the files together and rename using your candidate ID#
  • ENTIRE ASSEMBLED PROJECT IS DUE TUESDAY, MARCH 12TH

  • Criterion F: Product evaluation and future product development
  • Due: Show Mr. Bui the questionnaire you will be using to obtain user feedback

  • Your entire project should be almost done at this point
  • If it is not done, then you should be spending most of your time this week and weekend working on it
  • Your rough draft will be graded and given back to you next week
