A Help menu is a menu in a program which provides documentation and explains the functions of that program. Help menus often explain how to use a program's features and contain a table of contents to allow users to find the documentation for a specific thing they need help with. In layman's terms, a help menu is a menu that explains how to use a program. An example of a help menu is the one in Firefox which can be accessed from the menu bar. It explains many of the features of Firefox and can be used as a simple reference for the program.
