Objective:
- You will learn to navigate the Scratch website
- You will explore and play different Scratch games
- You will be able to download different Scratch games
- You will analyze the Scratch code of games that interest you

- Begin by exploring http://www.scratch.mit.edu/
- Be sure to check out Scratch - Games of Glory
- If a project interests you, then play with it and check out its code inside
- Choose your 3 favorite games out of the hundreds
- Create a Google Doc named Favorite Games and Ideas
- Put your name at the top of the Google Doc
- In the Google Doc, write up the following for each game:
- Game name (use a bolded heading)
- URL link to the game
- Screenshot of the game
- Command-Shift-4 and then highlight the game window
- The screenshot will be on the Desktop
- Drag-n-drop the image into the Google Doc
- Describe in a couple sentences the part of the game that you would be interested in adding to your own games
- Add another bolded heading titled Additional Game Ideas
- Use a bullet list to describe as many game components that you would want in a future game (you must have at least 10 different components listed)
- Example: Health power up
- Example: Enemies that follow you or fight back
- Submit your Google Doc through Google Classroom
