Warmup:
- Create a program that has the following:
- a textbox named XBox
- a button named CalcButton
- a label named OutputLabel
Agenda:
- Review textboxes, buttons, and click-events
- Review math calculations
- Introduction to variables
- Number-Squared Program
- Create a program (you may use your warmup) that calculates the square of a number. It should output the result to the OutputLabel

- Using the form designer, create the interface for a calculator

- Get checked off for the two forms
Friday (9/12/08)
- Complete your computer shopping spreadsheet. Make sure that your spreadsheet has a total price.
- Print out your computer shopping spreadsheet.
- Print out the specifications and price quote of your brand name computer.
- Compare the two and see if you beat their price.
- Staple the two printouts together and put it in the tray on Mr. Bui's desk.

- Find a pre-built computer on any website (e.g. Dell, Apple)
- Create a new spreadsheet with the following fields: Part, Price, Description
- Find the corresponding parts on-line at newegg
- Fill the spreadsheet with the computer parts and prices
- Compare the total price of a pre-built machine against your do-it-yourself (DIY) machine
